Leather Backpack Purse

• 10 (L) X 11 (H) x 4 (W)
• 16″ handles with 5″ drop; 29″ shoulder strap with 15″ drop.
• Zip top closure.
• Two outside front zip pockets. Small outside front open pocket.
• Cell phone/multifunction pockets. Inside zip pocket.

I think its a ketchup stain on the leather of my purse. . . I tried to clean with a damp cloth and only spread the stain even worse. How do I remove it. pls help!. . The skin is a sort of soft leather.

I own a Coach purse (leather, of course) and today there was a pen in my backpack that leaked/exploded and ink got on my purse.
Is there a way I can get it off?
First off,
I didn’t buy the purse. It was a gift. And secondly, I wasn’t PLANNING on the pen leaking!!!!!
